The apartment D303 of the residence " Les Chalets des Freinets " is a new property, ideal for 4 people thanks to its bedroom and its sofa bed in the living room.

It has a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a contemporary and cosy decoration. It gives you access to a balcony which offers a beautiful view of Chatel.

Located in a quiet area on the route des Freinets, between the centre of Chatel and Linga, the residence "Chalets des Freinets" is only a 10-minute walk from the church square. The free shuttle bus stop, located 100 metres from the residence, will allow you to easily reach the Linga ski lifts and the pious-pious (ESF for 3-6 year olds).

In winter and summer, the shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes and thanks to the "pysae" application you can locate the buses in real time in the resort.

The Linga ski slopes are located 1.4km from the residence, and the village centre is about 620m from the residence.

The shuttle buses only run in the direction Village Centre - Linga (blue line - n.2).

To get back to the apartment from Linga, you will have to go back to the village square via route du Linga (with line 1 or 2), then you will have to change shuttle bus in the centre and take line 2 (village centre - Linga). Alternatively, you can walk back to the residence.

OPTIONS

•Final cleaning: on request, at a rate of 100€. The final cleaning does not include the kitchen, the dishes and the garbage; a supplement of 80€ will be charged to the tenants in case this is not respected.
•Linen: optional, on request at a rate of 23€ per person (sheets and towels).
•Beds made on arrival: optional, on request at the rate of 5€ per person.
•Cancellation insurance: optional at a rate of 4% of the rent.
•Châtel Multipass summer holidays 2023 optional at €2.50 per day per person.
