The apartment " Les Freinets D01 " can comfortably accommodate 4 people, thanks to its double bedroom, its mountain corner, its bathroom and its surface of 48m². Its situation on the ground floor makes this apartment benefits from a large terrace equipped with a dining table.

Situated in a quiet area on the Freinets road, between the centre of Chatel village and the Linga, the residence "Chalets des Freinets" is only 10 minutes walk (600 metres) from the church square.

The location of the residence is perfect for a quiet holiday while not being too far from the shops, restaurants and bars.

The bus stop for the free shuttle bus, located 100 metres from the residence, will allow you to easily reach the ski lifts of Super-Châtel, Pré-la-Joux and Linga as well as the pious-pious (ESF for 3-6 year old). In winter and summer, the shuttle buses run every 20 minutes and thanks to the "Pysae" application you can locate the buses in real time in the resort.

OPTIONS

•Final cleaning: On request, at a rate of 100€. The final cleaning does not include the kitchen, the dishes and the garbage; a supplement of 80€ will be charged to the tenants in case this is not respected.
•Linen: Optional, on request at a rate of 23€ per person (sheets and towels).
•Beds made on arrival: optional, on request at the rate of 5€ per person in addition to linen.
•Cancellation insurance: optional at a rate of 4% of the rent.
•Châtel Multipass 2025 Activities/Outings/Culture/Sport/Family in Summer: optional for €4 per person per day.

•Shuttles run only in the direction Centre Village - Linga (blue line - n.2). To get back to the apartment from Linga ski lifts, you will have to go back up to the village square via the Linga road (with line 1 or 2), then you will have to change shuttle bus in the centre to take line 2 (village centre - Linga). You can also reach the residence on foot.
•Tourist tax: in addition, 2.60€ per night and per adult (from 18 years old). To be paid on arrival.
•Animals: not allowed.
•Security deposit: 1000€
