HOUSEHOLD LINEN
Household linen including sheets and bath towels is a comfort included in nearly all of our properties. The option is offered at the time of booking in every case.
END-OF-STAY CLEANING
No need to rush, our cleaning team takes care of everything. End-of-stay cleaning is included in most of our stays. Should that not be the case, please contact us for further information.

SKI PASSES
AT PREFERENTIAL RATES
We can order your ski passes at a preferential rate. Simply send us your request and confirm it no later than 7 days before the start of your stay.
PRE-BOOKING OF YOUR SKI EQUIPMENT
Our partners, MESIERE SPORT in the village centre and SPORT 2000 (promo code available on request) at Linga and the centre, allow you to book your equipment online at a preferential rate.
GROCERY DELIVERY
BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
To feel right at home, place your grocery order online before your arrival! Our team will collect your order and place it in your rental. Please notify us 5 days before placing your order so that we can organise accordingly. Service rate: 20% of the order amount, with a minimum of EUR 50.
CLEANING AND LINEN
DURING YOUR STAY
To feel as if you were in a hotel, we can arrange for our cleaning team to come during your stay.
You will then have fresh towels, fresh sheets and the cleaning will have been done (excluding the kitchen)

DELIVERY OF
FRESH BREAD & PASTRIES
You can let us know your wish to have a breakfast freshly baked at the bakery delivered each morning to your door.
On the menu: crusty baguettes, croissants and pains au chocolat. A variety of breads and other pastries on request. Please share your wishes the day before by 5 pm.
Service rate:
EUR 15 per delivery + the price of the order, payable at the end of your stay (rate on request for mountain pasture chalets)
DELIVERY OF HOMEMADE MEALS

PRIVATE CHEF
IN YOUR KITCHEN
Holidays, especially in Haute-Savoie, are made for fine dining and relaxation. Combine these two pleasures with a private chef at home.
Your private chef will prepare your breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner. You can even learn a few local recipes by taking notes.

TRANSFER SERVICE
FROM THE AIRPORT/STATION
No need to worry about finding a taxi on arrival, we take care of everything.
Our drivers offer fixed rates, communicated in advance. They will be waiting for you at the airport or on the station platform, with a sign bearing your name.
