The "Bellevue" apartment is a modern and bright upmarket property with a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge and dining area.

It can comfortably accommodate 6 people, thanks to its 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a total surface area of 70m².

This apartment lives up to its name, as thanks to its large picture windows, you will be able to admire the breathtaking view of the valley, the mountains and a part of the village.

The "Bellevue" residence is located in the "Vonnes" area, only 600 metres from the first shops in the village of Châtel and about 600 metres from the nearest ski lifts.

You can choose between the ski slopes of Super-Châtel in the centre or those of Vonnes (connection between Super-Châtel and Linga).

Lac Vonnes, which is located a few metres from the residence, has been designed for walking, cycling and pushing a buggy.

There is a small playground for children, a multi-sport field for safe football, handball and basketball.

In summer you can go for a paddle ride, and the younger ones can do a trampoline session or a tour of the lake on a small pedal horse.

In winter, the Châtel tourist office organises musical walks.

OPTIONS

•Final cleaning: optional on request at a cost of 150€. The final cleaning does not include the kitchen, the dishes and the dustbins; a supplement of 80€ will be charged to the tenants if this is not respected.
•Linen: optional, on request at a rate of 23€ per person (sheets and towels).
•Beds made on arrival: optional, on request at the rate of 5€ per person in addition to linen.
•Cancellation insurance: optional at a rate of 4% of the rent.
•Châtel Multipass for Activities/Outings/Culture/Sport/Family in Summer 2026 : optional for €4 per person per day.
