Apartment 401 can accommodate up to 6 people. It has two bedrooms and a large bathroom with the bathtub. The spacious living room, illuminated by natural light thanks to its large bay window, includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large table for sharing convivial meals, and a comfortable lounge with a corner sofa and electric fireplace, both warm and eco-friendly, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The balcony, accessible from the living room and the master suite, allows you to admire the lovely view of the village and the Abondance valley, and to continue enjoying the mountains all day long, from breakfast to dinner.

CLOSE TO THE PORTES DU SOLEIL SLOPES

The "Le Thélème" residence is located on the heights of Châtel, in the Petit Châtel area. The Barbossine ski lifts, located directly in front of the residence, give you easy access to the Portes du Soleil ski area and its 640 km of slopes. For beginners and people taking ski lessons, a free bus, which stops 50 metres from the residence, will take you to the Linga or to the centre of the village, where the Super Châtel slopes are located.
In summer, the location makes it easy to get to the hiking trails on the heights of Châtel or in Switzerland, offering beautiful panoramic views over the valley and Geneva lake.

Finished in 2024, the building has been carefully constructed using local materials and expertise. The style is modern, without compromising the chalet style so cherished by the resort. The apartment is decorated in a sober, sensible and tasteful way.

• Final cleaning: included in the price listed. It does NOT include cooking, washing up and rubbish bins; a supplement of 80€ will be charged to tenants if this is not respected.

• Châtel Multipass 2026: Activities, Outings, Culture, Sport and Family Outings in Summer – available as an optional extra for €4 per day per person.

INFORMATION
• Snow tyres / chains are required during the winter season.
• If you need to park more than one car, there is a covered car park (for a fee) at 30m from the residence, at the bottom of the Barbossine ski lifts.
• Tourist tax: in addition, 2.60€ per night and per adult (from 18 years old). To be paid on arrival.
• Animal: not allowed.
• Security deposit: 2,000€
