The Etringa 12 is a semi-detached chalet that offers great facilities. The quality of the finitions and equipment will allow you to spend warm moments in a happy and relaxing environment.

It can accommodate 12 people thanks to its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The chalet is located on the Linga road, 5 minutes walk from the village centre. The Super-Châtel ski lifts are 900m from the chalet, the Forme d'O aquatic centre is about 400m away and the first shops and restaurants are about 350m away. The shuttle bus stop is about 50m from the chalet. You can easily reach the Linga and Pré-La-Joux ski lifts.

In the evening, you will enjoy meeting up with your family or friends in the living room which, thanks to its wood-burning stove, is a warm and friendly place. There is a balcony on the ground floor with an outside sitting area, with a view of the valley. Ideal for the summer season.

•Final cleaning: included in the price. The final cleaning does not include the kitchen, the dishes and the garbage; a supplement of 80€ will be charged to the tenants in case this is not respected.
