The residence is located just above the Petit-Châtel / Barbossine ski lifts.

When there is sufficient snow, you can put on your skis at the foot of the residence and descend a short 50-meter path to reach the lifts directly, without using the road (this sloping path is unmaintained). It is also possible to reach the lifts via the road (450 meters).

This area is particularly popular with experienced skiers, offering direct access to the Torgon ski area in Switzerland and the Super-Châtel slopes.

The Super-Châtel ski lifts are approximately 1.5 km from the residence.

A small grocery store and a ski rental shop are conveniently located about 400 meters from the apartment. Additionally, the free shuttle stop, just a few steps from the residence, makes it easy to reach the village center and the Linga ski lifts, ideal for ski lessons.
