The "Perle de Savoie" residence offers one of the best locations in the resort: 300m from the village centre and church square and around 500m from the Super-Châtel ski lifts.

You'll have easy access to the shops and all the activities on offer in the resort. You can enjoy a real mountain holiday, without having to take your car. This recently-built residence also boasts magnificent views over the Abondance valley and surrounding mountains, and plenty of sunshine.

The apartment A204 is a modern alpine family cocoon, combining light wood and designer furniture. Grey and sandy tones combine with warm materials, all in a living room bathed in light thanks to its large bay window and terrace with views of the surrounding mountains.

Designed with a total capacity of 8 beds, it is ideal for up to 6 adults.
It has three bedrooms, two with large double beds and one with double bunk beds. The latter room has 4 beds, two of which are high.

The kitchen with its central island and large dining table in unfinished wood also promise a convivial holiday!
