Ask our team, we will be happy to keep you informed of activities and organise your stay.
EQUIPMENT RESERVATION
Ask us to pre-book your equipment with our partners, so you don't wait in line at the shop.
WINE SELECTION
We offer wine and champagne suggestions, selected by a sommelier, to enchant your dinners.
SKI PASSES & SKI LESSONS
We can book your ski passes or your ski lessons for you, in order to plan your stay as best as possible.
Prestige Services
These are our hotel services which are included in all our properties in the Prestige Apartments or Chalets categories.
As long as you choose an Apartment or Chalet "de Charme", you will still be able to add these services at an additional cost.
CLEANING AT THE END OF YOUR STAY
No rush, our cleaning team will take care of your housework (except for the kitchen and bins).
HOUSEHOLD LINEN
Linen includes sheets and towels for you and your guests. Beds will be made before your arrival.
Services on request
These are our extra services, on request. Personalise your stay and tailor it according to your lifestyle, we will take care of the organisation.
DELIVERY OF GROCERIES BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
To feel at home, do your shopping online before you arrive! Our team will pick up your order and pack away your groceries in your Chalet or Apartment.
Please give us 3 days’ notice before you order so that we can get organised.
Price of the service :
20% of the total amount of the order, with a minimum of 50€ of service charge.

DELIVERY OF FRESH BREAD & PASTRIES
You can let us know if you wish to have freshly baked pastries delivered to your door every morning for breakfast.
On the menu, crispy baguettes, varied breads, croissants, pain au chocolate, raisin bread, other pastries and more !
Price of the service :
15€ per delivery + price of the order, to be paid at the end of your stay (prices on request for Alpine chalets)
CLEANING AND LINEN DURING YOUR STAY
To make you feel as if you are in a hotel, during your stay we can arrange a cleaning service for you.
You will then have new towels, new sheets and the cleaning will have been done (except for the kitchen).

CHEF AT HOME
Holidays, especially in Haute Savoie, are about eating well and relaxing, maximise these two with a chef at home.
Your personal chef will prepare your breakfast, snacks and dinner for you. You can even learn some local recipes by taking notes!

On request, to be booked 3 weeks in advance
PRIVATE DRIVER
Don’t worry about finding a taxi when you arrive, we take care of everything.
Our drivers have fixed rates, communicated in advance. They will wait for you at the airport or on the platform of the train station, with a sign with your name on it.

On request according to destination, to be booked 1 week in advance.
